Planting and Growing is always part of our annual Spring Festival. Here in conjunction with our state horticultural agency "An Bord Bia" (Gaeilge for "The Food Board") we are growing potatoes,lettuce,strawberries,scallions and cabbage in the classroom and monitoring progress.
